what type of lure would you recomend for a pond with alot of seaweed, most of my lures just get snagged, but still manage to hit 3 or 4 pound bass every now and than
Jonny, do red and white daredevil spoons work for northern very well? all im getting them on is chartreuse spinnerbaits and silver and blue spoons this year and only 2-3 a day
eh, i like the spinning rods a bit,, but there good for certain things for me, i usually use baitcaster for more heavier lures like spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, and more heavier crankbaits, which also jonny, why don't you use a baitcaster, you can get good reels for like $50, like a diawa strikeforce which i got, just wondering why you don't use one
i have trouble getting pike to bite whats the best bait/lure to use, i fish for pike and walleye alot but i never get them, i usually fish simply with night crawlers, a sinker and hook.
it's real cool to see a fisherman using simple equipment like a spinning pole. i don't really have the money for a baitcaster. it's nice to see that another true fisherman knows how to fish with simple stuff. very skilled fisherman. good job.
Nice video. Sorry bout the camera. Hey I noticed you have a hat hook too, my dad gave me one this summer because I caught my first walleye :) . You go fishin on lake erie a lot?
how do you put the motor on the canoe because i want to get one but i dont know how to attach it or what type and size of trolling motor to get. Thanks
why cant you use them? are they really hard to cast, cause i want to get one but i think i might have trouble casting. PLEASE RESPOND!! Thank you very much
Get one. They are easy to learn how. If you mess up yeah you are going to get a backlast but make sure to put down your thumb before it hits the water. Great fishin JFick. Tight lines!!!
i caught a giant white bass while walleye fishing watkins reef on lake erie and it was 18 inches 2 and a half pounds. then i caught a 18 inch walleye my first!
They are small man!!! fun but i perfer the bigger fish..... I went fishing a couple of days ago and caught a 32 inch 16 pound striped bass. I was using a surf rod with a 3 ounce inline sinker with a small jig head and a tiny fluke 3 inch. it is fun mann!!
hey if that red and gold real u have is a mantis... i have the same 1.. i like fishin for shinners (elwys) where i live in dover, new hampshire.. please make more vids i love em'
I was just wondering because i noticed this in your videos and bass master elite series: here's my question: Do you use bobbers when bass fishing? Why or Why Not? Thank You!

Yeah they're hard to cast
If you haven't tried one don't buy one
OhioOutdoorsman19 2 years ago
in a little while ill put a vid on how to cast them. i use to think the same thing.
All you have to do is start out with a little line on your spool. and just work your way up. Thats how I learned anyway.
