there is a head shaped mould on the back of the chair which holds the shape of his head. when he removes the cover he removes pulls it off with it

there is a trap door which he gose though

the rubix cube i s already in his hand he cleverly hides it from view

same thing with the complet rubix cube

when the cube vanishes he pull it to his chest and tuck it in his tie or trousers

when he gets all sweaty just before he gets out of his pocket a wet sponge and the pack of cards.

the girl she brings on stage is in on the card trick

he puts the glasses on as he heads back to the stage

the pills are in his hand and a bit of practis they create a clear transition
