  • @23piz23mitch An inane commentary from a bord individual. Sincerely, PT

  • So, I’m not sure… doesn’t “near death” mean that they didn’t die? So… how can this be proof of anything? It’s like claiming a “near sex experience” and claiming you are no longer a virgin. Doesn’t work like that… you have to have the ACTUAL experience before you can say you HAD it. Or am I missing something?

  • Comment removed

  • @yigitkucuk88 its called near death experience not dying

  • But what a marvelous design. No matter what you think, it is a grand design that the brain makes the process of dying pleasant. AND you have to ask yourself, who IS the grand designer? I say, GOD.

  • @Sooosanah2 and your proof for your claim is... ?

  • Dr Susan Blackmore doesn't say anything about the clairvoyant aspect of an NDE and how her brain death chemical theory accommodates the abilities of patients to see and hear things that actually happened that should have been physically impossible for them to be aware of. For example what someone was doing in another part of the hospital or a private conversation between people somewhere other than where the so called "dead" person was lying. She seems desperate to have a clinical answer

  • @yigitkucuk88 The only idiot here is you, who forgets his own replies. Secondly, I did not "attack" anything and if you had any honour and respect for yourself and others you would appreciate what I said, because it is the truth. I am a scientist and in science only deals with hypotheses which can be FALSIFIED IN PRINCIPLE. Thus there will NEVER be any evidence that soul does not exist, and it's pointless to expect one.

Now, please go back and review your comments carefully this time.

  • @dharmanova "I meant to say: there will never be any PROOF that soul doesn't exist, and it is the word you did use. We don't "prove" hypotheses in science, we try to falsify them as best as we can in order to test them. Now, if you do not believe me please take courses in the university of your choice which deal with Principles of Science, Ionian Science, History of Science and Pseudoscience and so on. You will find that what I said is true

Your foul mouth only further demonstrates your low IQ

  • @yigitkucuk88 sorry to interrupt. "Feeling of dualsim" is the result of having a language-based consciousness (not diiferent levels thereof). According to science of psycholinguistics that is, and there are tons of empirical data to support that view.

    2. Science CANNOT deal with hypotheses that cannot be falsified in principle (as you, hopefully know).

Existence of soul is something that cannot be falsified in principle (meaning AT ALL). Therefore the subject itself is not scientific.

  • anyone who has had out of body experiences, and I'm not just talking about floating above your body, know that this is not an illusion.

  • @yigitkucuk88

Our gradual understanding of the universe is ever changing as we learn more. Science has had to be amended over the years because new discoveries have appeared that were formerly not understood or known. It is therefore presumptuous & arrogant of man to claim anything as fact since his discernment of the universe is very little and simply is no better than the perception an ant has of the world it lives in. Rethink that my friend. It is more than what you can see.

    Respectfully,PT

  • @yigitkucuk88

Well most with your perception would disagree with you. They declare science to be the answer to what we don't fully comprehend. Which is true to a degree, however they fail to see it in it's full spectrum. Most would declare what they don't understand to be fairy tales or not to exist at all, if it doesn't fit into the natural laws of physics. Which is very arrogant considering scientist by own admissions don't understand Quantum Physics nor it's behavior.

    To Be Continued ...

  • @yigitkucuk88

You are simply not just the thoughts of your brain; you have a conscious awareness, a soul that functions without the body. You are the sum of what you are by your actions. Not by what you see in the mirror.

    Respectfully, PT

  • @PivotalThinking Well, you are doing EXACTLY what a rational person should not do! These are interesting phenomenons. Clearly there is yet much to know about the brain. It is practically impossible to measure exactly at what point there is no activity in your brain. You actually don't care about the evidence. You interpret this study in conjunction with earlier convictions and don't even consider other explanations. That is what we usually call wishful thinking.

  • actually i am not against science. I think all is science, all can be explained by it, only problem with our generation is, they think what they know is only science. while new ideas r emerging everyday. There is a huge science which we dont know. so we should not to try our brains to constrict into a known frame. free it u will get new world opened.

  • I think we lack the tools necessary to really comprehend death and consciousness beyond the boundaries of human infrastructure. In my opinion, asking a person who is optically challenged, about colors of the light, would be absolutely absurd and I think trying to comprehend consciousness after death is exactly the same.

Sigmund Freud is known to have said at the time of his death, "This is Absurd! This is Absurd!"

  • ATTENTION DR SUSAN BLACKMOORE FOR A DOCTOR YOU ARE REALLY STUPID YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT BELIEVE GODS PROMISE ,,,,,,,WHO EVER LIVES AND BELIEVES IN ME SHALL NEVER DIE .......STUPID DOCTOR SUSAN BLACKMOORE I SINCERLY HOPE YOU HAVE A NDE BITCH, AND DIE

  • BRITISH...

  • @musicmind9 You going to leave everyone hanging?.......Whats your point?

  • @PivotalThinking

    bored people

  • @musicmind9 FRENCH

  • well sometimes i get out of my body and i it feels like i can be in two places at the same time ,because i can still move my eyes from my physical body sooo ,,,, it lives outside of the body tooo

  • 5:18 Just... Leave !!!!!

  • Hello,

What about the effects of the drug you mentioned? I am not sure how to interpret your question. Sorry.

  • wow, your edit was so tight, I thought it was God saying don't forget to subscribe.

  • This is fascinating - thanks for the post. I love the mention of brain in the vid as opposed to 'branes' as certain scientists now posit the creation of this universe, or multiverse in their words - similar anyone :D

  • It's frustrating when doctors assert their "beliefs" as an answer when it's no better than anyone else's guess, based on the evidence....just a personal "decision" and not a logical one, if she actually considered the possibility, but instead forgets to include the information those people happen to bring back with them and doesn't even offer a sound reasoning of a purpose for the function of our brains "tricking" us? Our brains trick us to believe we move on? what for?

  • "Mind" is physical or non-physical consciousness, I believe...

  • Special effects guys did a real great job in the way they shew what people after death could see.

  • Consiousness can only theoretically exist without the brain; i.e. as a logical possibility. However, in reality there is no evidence of consiousness existing without the brain; i.e. there's no physical possibility.

  • If the explanation for these experiences is physiological why doesn't everyone near death experience them? If there is a different explanation, again, why doesn't everone experience them given that experiencers come from all religious backgrounds and include non believers?

  • If NDE is the result of a physiological process why don't all survivors of cardiac arrest experience it? If there is another explanation, again why doesn't everyone experience it? Apparently people who report NDEs come from differing religious backgrounds or are agnostic/atheists.

  • Actually, the brain does not keep on living. As they mentioned on this video, the brain is a receiver of consciousness not a producer of consciousness. In other words, consciousness does not need the brain to to be aware.

  • @acccccac shit thats a little worrying

  • @mimic58 , How so? Is it because you expect to be deleted completely from existence when your physical body dies? Well, look at it from this point of view; the body is the capsule that holds the real content of who we are. The body as you may later on discover, plays a very small role in our existence. This understanding should not be at all worrying. In fact, you should be relieved that we are more than our bodies and that our consciousness remains after the body changes form(dies).

  • @acccccac i really do hope you are right

  • @acccccac And what about the drug DMT ? that can be found in the brain when your died; if you take this drug ppl report they see pyramids and god it's like LCD but i never took it so i dont know how it looks only heard it from a friend who used it

  • @acccccac Aunque esas tenemos, andas chateando con desconocidas. Bonita forma de conocer gente hasta te preguntan si estas bien. Haber platicame que te pasa.

  • @acccccac Consciousness lies with the brain. Which institution were you educated in?

  • @Drakecageful Just because an institution of HUMANS teaches that consciousness lies with the brain does not mean that is the end of the matter! We are also educated that we evolved from Monkeys, and many of the most prolific minds reject that belief. What I am saying is that belief in the metaphysical is hardly evidence of a lack of education, but reflects a freethinking individual who challenges scientific dogma.

  • @sweets3000 "many of the most prolific minds reject that belief." Citation Needed. Only scientists with knowledge of the field of evolution count btw.

You don't ask a mechanic to fix a broken pipe in the same way you don't ask a physicist to talk about biology.

  • We will find out answer when we die.......

  • Why people always look for science explanation? because they dont belive in god and afterlife.....

  • i go through enormous amounts of pain all over my body and nothing helps. its been happening since i was a kid and i just wanted to say that strange things, very strange things that i cant even begin to tell you happen in my mind and the world around me.

my point is weird things happen to you when in pain or even encountering death.

and I'm talking pain so bad the hospital doesn't know what to do but put you out and hope it helps...

  • Its just like bill hicks said "life is a dream there is no death ,we are just the imagination of ourselves"

  • Dr. Susan Blackmour Is certainly a very intelligent woman. However she is limited by her training, she is "by the book". The question is: is there anything beyond the physical? Someone that only studies the physical can only answer in the physical. The more a person looks for nonphysical demonstrations in their life the more they find them. subjective experiences may never be proven by objective means. Much like you will never find birds by studying the bottom of the ocean.

  • Its all absolutely true... other names/ways for practing this in prparation for your death is

"lucid dreaming" and "astral projection"...tis realm OBE/state is where warlocks and witches go 2 do magic etc...

WAKE UP PEOPLE... ur missing out on things that are FREE!!

  • @madJedi1 I have done some of this lucid dreaming stuff, like flying, singing, playing instruments, and changing a rose into a bowl of fish. Your right unless you do this, you are missing out on a lot of fun. people can spend $1000.00 doing these things in real life or they can do them for free in a lucid dream. It is true freedom!

  • Just a heads up - watch out for the legendary dmustard11

  • Comment removed

  • of course i was just hypothetically speaking

  • this near death experience is caused by DMT being realeased from the pineal gland in the brain. it is released when your under severe stress. end of story

  • So you know all about it then!!! You have no idea what happens after you leave this planet. Nobody does! It's the 21st century and it still cannot be proven that there is no life after death. So you most certainly have not got the answer. The world is a mysterious place with lots of questions that still cannot be answered and that is a definite thing.

  • To lindy977

Curious? What is your dilemma that you feel the need to display overwhelming hostility in your written text?

Furthermore it has & can be proven there is life after death. The evidence is all around you; all you need is the tenacity to look for it without biased.

Would I be wrong to ascertain the reason you show this hostility is out of fear & frustration of feeling life has no meaning; why am I here?

God loves you & the answer is right in front of you.

    Respectfully, PT

  • I think you may have been a little over sensitive with your reaction to my text. It was not meant to sound "overwhelmingly hostile", as you put it, in anyway. I wasn't setting out to offend you . I was just merely making an opinion on a statement that you made. I made a judgement as i was under the impression that you do not believe in a life after death and that an NDE is simply just a chemical reaction in the brain. Of course i question 'the meaning of life". I wouldn't be human if i didn't.

  • To lindy977

It was the beginning of your comment with exclamation marks, follow by a prejudice assertion, that set the tone for the rest of your commentary. However, no worries, I don't get offended by others sentiments; I simply just speak my mind. To many people are always trying to be politically correct. There's no clean end on the turd so just pick it up.

Nevertheless, now I'm even more curious & slightly confused about your second comment because it contradicts your first.

    Next Post

  • PivotalThinking

you are going to find this very amusing but my original text was actually for someone else and have mistakenly texted you so apologies for wasting your time. I was wondering why you seemed so confused with my comments. I feel like a plonker now! I would be interested in your explanation for the meaning of life though. I find this subject fascinating.

  • Part 2 (Continuation)

You say it cannot be proven that there is no life after death in your first post and then in your second you insinuate the position that there is. What is your standpoint and what was it or where did I propose that I didn't believe in an after life?

In closing, I do have an explanation for the meaning of life; if your every curious, I'd be glad to share. ThanXs for all your comments.

Take care my Brother and God Bless.

    Respectfully, PT

  • Just a quick note saying that no, there is no proof that there is life after death. There are things we hope for, and things that may suggest it, but it can never be proven as you cannot go there and then head off back with a picture. Something that you cannot document to others, cannot be proven. Just wanted to add that.

  • To basspliff187

You need to watch part 5 and 6. Then get back too me and see if you can be so sure.

    God Bless

    Respectfully, PT

  • but energy cannot be destroyed so where does it go? since we are energy and make energy?

  • To Bleachallstarz

Sorry Mate, very delayed in getting back to anyone lately, nevertheless.

Your right, energy can't be destroyed & human beings are comprised of energy. This energy is your soul & can be seen as an aura. The body is only a vessel in which it travels within the physical world. When the body dies due to natural causes or otherwise, you will continue to be aware & contrary to poplar belief you WILL face the judgement of Almighty God on the life you lived.

    Respectfully, PT

  • so If we lived lives not up to gods standards we go to hell?

God allowed a world where people make mistakes and supposedly forgives all so why should he be angry?

o well These are all just thoughts

I like seeing another persons input

  • DUDE you are a religious nut! come on now, seriously.
