I was at that game. Everyone was yelling "lets go Beavers, beat the cheaters!" cause of a fumble that wa recovered by OSU but the refs didn't call it.

If Cincinnati can make name for themselves and stay ranked.. Maybe they might move Cincy or the nasty nati as they call it down there into the Big Ten conference..

It was clearly a fumble and OSU should have had the ball, but the thing is, sometimes you have to beat the bad beats. OSU should have won this game at home with or without the terrible call.  It's a bummer bad officials make the wrong calls a lot, it's inevitable.

i think refs are too scared to blow the whistle when it comes to forward progress being stopped and so they let most plays go on too long which often results in a fumble

To say they would tie or take the lead is a big assumption considering how poorly they moved the ball late in the game. And whats to say Cincy does not march right back down the field. OrSU (not the real OSU) is a good team but Cincy is better. UC has more speed, a better QB, depth at WR, and a more modern (harder to attack) defense in the 3-4. OrSU will do well this year tho. I would not be suprised if they beat either USC or Cal (USC is more likely). They need to work on the Oline and DBs

that was a quick whistle on that "fumble"!!!!! and that took away the game, if the Beavers got the ball back they would either tie it up or take the lead!!!!!!! whatever BEAT ARIZONA!!!!

They had blown the play dead when he was being pushed backwards... if you have ever watched football you know that is the rule. So what if they stripped it after the whistle was blown. You could make the argument that Woods heard the whistle and did not hold on to the ball b/c the play was over. Regardless, you can not blame a loss on one call.

canfield was not very good in this game held the ball all the time he needs to get it out of his hands and get the ball to darell catchings more
