Singer doesn't have the range to sing the baritone with the rich quality it deserves. He sounds nervous and constricted. Need to put some delay into the lead. Don't sing on the beat...hold back a little.
Guitar does a good job with the verse arpeggio part. Piano needs to come out with the syth answer lick. That's the heart of the song and you guys bury it.
