hey b15 i combined an ls32 spring with a ls55 spring. and i got the stiff feel i wanted but lately iv noticed that its been significantly looser. I tried stretching out the ls55 careful not to bend it out of shape and still not much of a difference. what would you recommend i do? thanks
@adr916sac Hey, I should take this video down really as it pretty pointless. I would say a good stiffness is a combination of a JLF spring and a LS32 spring. I guess it depends on what stick you are using.
Exactly what he said. It will make the spring weaker in the long run meaning you're going to have to replace it, and go through the trouble of disassembling the stick again. Just go to Home Depot/Lowes/Local Hardware store and get a stronger spring that matches the original which is very simple to do and will prob cost you no more than $1. (And you'll only have to take the thing apart ONCE)
Besides ordering a seimitsu spring plus shipping is like $2 from lizardlick.
i have a TE stick Round 2, which i bought brand new when i put it on the analogue and hold left or right on stick the character will continue walking for 1sec after i let go of stick. However when i put it on the dpad setting theres no problem does anyone else suffer from this problem. Also my stick doesn't feel tight??? im finding links easier on a xbox360 analogue stick(controller) aghhhhh
@MrSlaughteredu I have the same problem on my stick too, my left is weird when i have left stick but once its on d pad it works perfect. My stick is loose too lol
Hey, I thought I'd tell you that I did this mod with my HRAP3SA (which comes with a JLF) and it feels great! There's more resistance and it's nowhere near as loose as it was before. I had a little bit of trouble getting the damn e-clip thing on, but in the end, it all paid off. Thanks for the tip, it really helped.
@Shakraka haha same here i have a hrap3sa too. putting the e-clip back on took a while but the stick has a much different feel. to me it feels like you have more control with what you're doing. great tutorial.
@b15sdmdesigns hey there all your sticks are amazing but i wanna do my own and was just wondring what sticks are they ??

just buying an extra spring and double coiling the spring is more effective than this method.

this will work briefly but it will quickly make the spring even weaker than before.
