I have problems with my blood pressure been high lately when I go to the doctors. But not too high where they are too worried about it to do anything. Do you think I should ask him if I should be keeping track about my blood pressure are home?
@plushbanana It could help....I don't keep track of mine as much as I should but do know that it is weird and when it is low and heart rate is higher than normal I feel awful....maybe ask him and see what he says.
