  • still a great looking guy !Great guitarist as well !

  • does roger fisher live in the czech republic and why did he move there? where is michael fisher and what has he done since leaving heart? what has roger done since leaving heart?

i agree the new guys in heart aren't very good but better than what they had in 2002-2004.

i miss lesse being with heart.

i think almost every new song that makes it to tv or radio on a mass scale has been trash for over 10 years and i wonder if roger fisher feels this way too?

    .

  • he doesn't seem bitter or resentful. i'm wondering why michael fisher was not on "behind the music with heart". makes people think he is bitter or in bad health when they refuse to talk or appear on a show.

i would like to know what seattle was like in the 70s and 80s. it's a shithole now.

  • @The096757 I can assure you Michael is in great health and can still kick my butt on the hiking trail. He and Rog are busy working on Roger's album with a release date of November 21st and having had the opportunity hear some of the tracks recently, fans will be very impressed. Multiple layers, beautiful guitar work and lyrically magical.

  • @The096757 It's NOT a shithole, it's a very nice city.

  • Roger Fisher just seems like such a genuinely great guy. Really dig seeing this. Sure do wish there was some way he could reunite with the Wilson sisters again, before it's to late. What a great guy, and amazing talent. I've always loved Heart, but they have never been on the same level after the original lineup dissolved. Seeing Fisher on youtube now, it makes it easy and clear to see what was missing from Heart all this time. Shame how things workout sometimes. Glad he's doing great though.

  • I love this guy!

  • Dollar-based is right! Shame on us fat Americans!! Too bad Nancy & him didn't work out. Like Stevie & Lindsey; great duos burn out. Rock on Roger; you look great!!!

  • Great guy and great guitarist-tell him Vince Palamara said "hi": love his cds and playing alot!! Heart has never been the same since he left. Really enjoy the "Behind The Music: Heart" with him, Mike, etc.

  • Still trying to figure out how he did the opening lead section for magic man. It almost sounds like a portion was recorded backwards. Never been able to get it right.

  • you're right. It was a backwards recording.

  • shame all good bands part for ego ways. this was because he cheated come on Nancy your no angel. This was because of a power play between the Wilsons and the Fishers, but he along with Mike and Steve should be in hall of fame

  • omg.

    I miss rog!

he mooved to chezch this summer

    he is my "step" dad.

    i lovve him.

he is such an amazing person with such an amazing voice. he is so musical. he taught me how to sing.

    i love him.

  • When Heart goes into the hall of fame this guy better go with them.

  • amen to that!

  • @jerryw08 agreed

  • Part 2 is up now,go to Tdivyak channel,or click on

    lovesheart its in my favorites.

  • The original band was the best. The Wilson Sisters know it. They've re-adapted their 1976 Heart logo and are now performing songs like "White Lightning and Wine" and "Kick it Out". Roger is more creative now than he ever was. Pick up his solo CD "Evolution". Put the Wilson sisters on there and you've got the most amazing Heart record since "Dog and Butterfly!" The Wilson sisters are immensely talented but seem to lack focus.

  • I just re visited Little Queen after a 25 year hiatus

and it is untouchable.I love most anything from the sisters, however the early days were magic, from magical

Vancouver B.C.(I compare early Heart to early Rush,it was Raw,Hungry & Fresh. We can't stop the clock!

  • I completely disagree with you're comment New Mexico Sunset. These supposed fresh musicians sound nothing like the original line up that made them famous. That is where the magic lies. Who cares what Howard Leese looks like now??!! He's still a great player and Mike DeRosier the orignal drummer is one of the closet to John Bonham. Another underated musician. They were very tight back then. That new lead guitarist they are using now sucks! Sloppy player and horrible tone.

  • early heart was the "best" heart no doubt about it, but when the 80's came around they started doing those sappy love ballads & i lost all interest in them... by then roger fisher was gone, i still like ann & nancy & that dvd alive in seattle kicks ass... but i will always like the original lineup the best..

  • Yes, early heart kicked ass! That original line up was unbelievably talented. Second coming of Led Zep.

  • I respect Leese he is an incredibly talented man and a

major force in the evolution of Ann and Nans careers,

and the Music,Ive been to Mushroom studios and still

    live and play Van B.C.

  • Any artists that can be alive, let alone still writing and perfoming after years of success in the most insaine and competetive biz on the planet..ya gotta respect them.Ann and Nan are a special entity in themselves, how many sisters grew up playing music together for the love of music, became superstars,

and stayed grounded.I love them,in any formula. And with all due respect to the others in Heart over the decades ,I know there is no I in TEAM!

  • Heart Mach 1 Lineup A+

    Heart Mach 2 Lineup B-

    Ann and Nancy Band C-

  • Great Guitarist! It's too bad Heart could not do a full reunion with all of the original members.

  • I disagree. Ann and Nancy are the heart (no pun intended) of the band. They can do better by bringing in fresh musicians to work with them. I saw Howard Leese play with Paul Rodgers (voice of 'Bad Company') at Parker's when Paul was living in Seattle in the late 90's. Paul Rodgers has aged well, but Leese still thinks he's 25. He looked like a freak, and had this freaky chick with him.

  • I disagree with this comment and so many fans have this ideal that the woman lead singer is the band. It is a combination of all aspects of creativity that made them great. I watched them on Vh1 Honors and their new lead guitarist was sloppy and shoddy. Leese did most of Heart's arrangements throughout the years and is sorely missing in their sound.

  • Couldn't agree more. Heart was successful via the greatness of Anne & Nancy plus the very unique and memorable guitar playing of Fisher.

Leese was excess baggage all along and should have been in a glam-rock band. Not something gritty and pure like Heart.
