The Constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizure without warrant clearly means protection from GOVERNMENT actions. Google isn't government, nor is net zero or Best Buy or anyone else who stores info about what you do, buy and read.
There is NO constitutional right to privacy per se. It is the right to be free from GOVERNMENT skullduggery that's constitutional. The whole thing is an outline of the LIMITS OF GOVERNMENT! It doesn't limit other citizens the same way.
