this is mainly an anaerobic decomposition process which produces mainly METHANE a 25 times more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2.

Ozone is only useful in the stratosphere, at ground level it's just another toxic gas we should avoid producing.

I'm not making this Up, look up ozone and methane in your local Library if you don't trust Wikipedia.

It is also very unstable, it decompose into O2 before it has any chance to fly up to the ozone layer and patch the wound. And the global warming - for god sake, UV is nothing to do with global warming
