I was there last year! It was really fun to see and the whole thing gives you really a warm feeling with all the people around, walking along the shops. Im going to Dusseldorf in 2 weeks, hope it its as fun there as in Brussels

I was in Brussels on 2nd week of December, 2007, and every night went up to the Grand Place to watch this. Beautiful to look at. Anybody know the name of the pub at junction of the Grand Place and Rue au Beurre.

i was there too that nite and my friend managed to camcorded some of the scene...it was really really fantastic...the only bad thing was tat it never stopped blowing chilly wind which keep awakening me from indulging in such a fabulous surrounding...
