well ... there is an app called motweets which is pretty good. But if u want, you can flash your xperia to the new leo rom which has a twtter tab which is awesome. Im thinking about making a video for it.

No idea why it isnt being recognised ... try different usb port or goto start settings and connections tab making sure its set to active sync under usb to pc

hi thanks for your help i tried a lot of things, like erase my windows mobile account of my older cellphones (treo 750, moto q, i read somewhere that the x1 is jelaous about other windows mobile devices), also changing some configuration of the active sync in the device. finally when i was frustrated i just change the mini usb cable and the x1 was recognised, the issue was that the mini usb cable that came with the box doesnt works, and there are differents types of mini usb cables.

There's no reason why the default cable shouldnt work, one of the things that i've found is that since activesync uses a lan connection (you might see it pop up at the bottom when you try to connect) it may be being blocked by a firewall. I use zonealarm and on the default settings it doesnt allow activesync to establish a connection to my phone. if you are using a firewall try disabling it or lowering the security settings before you connect your phone if you ever have a problem connecting.

i know how you feel my panelmanager also freezes if i stay too long on a panel.

i havent updated my rom yet but i hope this will fix this and also the panel animation speed

if your x1 freezes, dont take the battery of just do softreset. press the pen in the small hole under the battery cover.

Yes it does, you have to goto xda developers and download the blackstone keyboard cab for it.

nope, wifi useage at home will not use up your data allowance from your mobile provider.

I had touchflo 3d on my xperia and took it off. I rather the default xperia panel

It's good but it has minor glitches that just makes me mad.

I did that several times and it's still there.... after I remove it and go back to the main screen it's there, and when i go to settings and remove, it pop up again. It's like it's reinstall it self.

Hmm it takes a couple mins to uninstall the touch flo for me. Just set it to uninstall then go do something else and come back in like 5 mins and u should see successfully uninstalled. Also if u have a copy of the cap on ur stick or device i suggest you delete it.

takes a little while ... but for me maybe im lucky or doing a bad habit I load up google maps get a gps fix fist. close google maps then open up tomtom then in a matter or 2-5 secs i got a gps fix

I've had all of them phones in my hands lately... iToy is a locked down joke. Omnia is good, but not as responsive/fast as the X1. The X1 also has the best and highest res screen by far. It's also powerful enough to run DVD quality video at full frame rate.

no it doesn't work without headphones ... headphones act as an antenna

yes it is, id give it about 10-20yrd give or take depending on gps strength. if full sats you are dead on.

hmm, when you say turn by turn do you mean it will say something along the lines of ... go down 500yrds turn left then turn right. after you turn stay left until intersection. If that is what you mean then yes and it has little or no lag in it.
