in order to achieve the speed you want to reach you are going to have to make a magnet type bearing or an air bearing most likely a holder that traps the bearing in and holds air gap between the top and the bottom surfaces or small and very strong magnets will do the same without the use of a air pump and need no air lines or air oil.
