if ur good maybe u will add a video with how do delete a file sent to the printer that does not want to print ... without restarting windows. And the printer was reset and dont work, the orinter was installed on USB port (if it matters in any way)

The print cue is a holding area for files waiting to be printed.
Double click the printer you are using to open the print cue (holding area for documents).
Right click the document you want to stop printing and then click cancel.
Check Windows help files, in the search box type: To cancel printing a document. Hope that helps you.

First, the name is wrong, is not printing problem is installing printer !!! and is a good step-by-step tutorial, nice work !!
