  • Do I only train the leg that I usually take off with or what?

  • @Primape92 yes, always train both sides equally.

  • good execise...good song for it too

  • one question:

when i jump, like in this video, but not while training, to jump further should i swing up my stronger leg and jump with the weakest or viceversa?

  • @pivotiano train both legs equally.

  • you people have some dope ass sounds.

    who is this?

nice series on parkour methods by the way.

  • good video, but don't you think it would be wierd if you were walking in the park, had no idea what parkour or free running was, and saw this guy just doing that on the bench? lol :)

  • what song is this from?

  • @ColdHearted pretty lights finally moving. it's the best

  • @ColdHearted finally moving by pretty lights. you can download all his music free at his website.

  • I love the music!

  • does this improve the precisions?

  • I am a little confused about whether or not the back leg helps at all? or just the front leg

  • The step up leg pushes your body up and the other leg follows through to simulate an actual jumping motion. I f you did a step up long jump you wouldn't let the other leg just dangle there.

  • Thanks for the help

  • @FirestarScourge117 back leg does help...With momentum.

  • This is very tiring

  • Sorry for asking , but for what is this conditioning ? What move ?

  • Damn all your videos are usefull, thx.

  • cool video man,

    whats the song?

  • the higher the step up, the harder it will be and the less reps you should do. I would do anywhere from 5-15 reps on each leg and then switch. if that is too easy, do more or find some new leg exercises that are harder.

  • these look like an awesome way to build leg strength and stamina, thanks your vids are awesome, im going to use alot of you teqniques

  • what do you recommend for reps between switching legs? Also thanks for the vids and site, i love it!

  • It depends on the height of the step up. If its too short and you can do 100 of them at once, find something taller.
