i found an easier way to get it i went on accetable loses(spec ops) and went strieght forwards around the dumpster and knifed the two guys then went in the building and knifed the other two before planting the bomb xD i got it after the first guy buyt i like knifeing ppl

Giant Eskimo: No he didn't, there are several diferences, First: This guy looks back towards the NPC several times. Second; At the start, the AH one skips the part where NPC counts down. Third: AH cuts out the sounds.

first of all all the videos this guy has posted is from jeff's achievment hunter videos and second i got this achievment in spec ops on evasion or what ever its called when you snipe in the winter hope this helped! :)
