You IT guys think you have it bad. I wasn't an IT person but spent many a time with some of the same idiots. Why won't my mouse work? Not plugged in. Why can't I print? You have to choose a printer. And the questions went on and on. This was a very realistic film of what happens every day, the same things by the same people. A-1 film.
