Pangya Japan blocks any IP that's not from Japan.

Season 4 is coming out around the 8th of July, so at least we won't have to wait long for it to come out.

1) you must have a korean credit card/visacard ect

2) there are several ways of purchasing cookies: you can call them, or fill in info ect.
