That was a very smar move on the Creative Team's behalf. Matt Hardy left, and they needed someone to carry them on. He could be like Miz and Morrison and show on all three brands. Plus, ECW is a good way to eliminate ring rust, and bring high ratings.

In OVW You need to make great wrestling moves because you wanna become famous, After you get famous your priority is not get hurt so that is why you take extra care. Of course john did more moves in OVW because there isnt as much storytelling and its more wrestling.

Reasons are because:

1) He works hard

2) When he gets injured he gets back sooner than expected ... because he loves working.

3) He goes to every single interview, mediaconference, commercial, etc etc vince ask him too ( and he is happy to do it)

4) He doesn´t mind jobbing ( despite the fact that he rarely looses )

In a company when you work a lot you get a raised and a promotion ( promotion = world title :P)
