I want to laugh watching this :) I'm attending UCR this fall and I'm glad that most people are appalled by this self-proclaimed righteous act by these people; shows that UCR has a lot of people who are against extremists. I would have told this man that if everyone was going to hell except for the extremists who believe that anyway but theirs is wrong, then hell must not be all that bad; you're with your friends, your family, colleagues, etc. :D

Religion is valid for dependent spirits. It is not as valid for independent spirits. Every day, someone heckles me with a religious text at UCR. Should I stamp " Solid Agnostic" on my forehead? Maybe a "Fu** off" would suffice?

lol this is funny, i went to a catholic h.s and i had similar crap thrown at me. I'm catholic (YES I SAID IT!! lol) and i like how the guy with the sign and the coat guy are talking from the absolutist point of view and do not mention the other wonderful things that reside in the bible, not just the damnation. Why do these people focus on the old testament so much? I'm goin to UCR next year and i cant wait to tackle this guy :P

If anyone is looking for an answer to all of this, I say remember the common denominator of ALL monotheistic religions: " Other eligions are teaching & preaching false doctrine"...They all say this because of the obvious differences they have. You have to understand that humans evolved and are tribal in order to make any sense as to WHY all of these religious texts that don't match. Along your path in life you'll encounter many convincing people, and some not-so convincing. Do you believe ME ?
