@MadOldPete If you look at your previous post , the definition of Witty you are using is " witty remark, speaking cleverly and amiably" , this does not mean that the person is very intelligent. Perhaps Russel Russels apparent " intellectual improvisation " is a product of his years of drug abuse and drama school. Speaking cleverly is not strictly representative of a level of intelligence or vice versa.
