Unfortunately, you can't take facial features when creating Sims to the extremes in Sims 3 that you could with Sims 2.

I forget the exact steps to do it, but there is a mod out there (I think called NRaas or something like that) that allows you to change the sliders' sensitivity, so that you can make the eyes HUGE and the nose teensy and whatnot. Should be able to look it up here on youtube) :)

Freeee cheat!!!!! Make a family or go to one press shift ctrl c a box will appear at the top. Type in motherlode exactly how it is. Also press the same buttons. Put in the box aging off your sims will stop aging. Do it after you have a baby and wait till they grow. If you want them to grow do the same as above write in aging on, and your all set. Hopefully this works!
