Whenever I'm in PvP, i find Shadow Dance/Cheap Shot/ Ambush!Ambush!Ambush! very effective.... Or If a bunch of people are trying to kill some Pally that wont die or something i just keep cheat shotting him while everyone else beats down.

I LOVE my sub. spec rogue!

My burst damage is usually so incredible that i dont really have to end up fighting that much. My strategy is preparation/shadowstep/ambush/­eviscerate. usually they have about 10% health after that. :D yay!
