Frankly, that's a stupid, illogical question; look up the "false dichotomy" fallacy. Give the smokers a place to go that's far enough away that non-smokers won't be offended. A total ban on smoking's unnecessary.

How bout somthing more interesting like: Cigarette Tax vs. Alcohol tax. Keep taxing smokes to make people quit but they dont, you just make the government make more money. People who are addicted dont care about the price. On the outher hand Alcohol kills many people as well. I hate working over night at mc'ds and dealing with drunks.. BAN!!
