I remember when I went to see this movie in the theatre. My local one wasn't playing it, so I had to drive to a distant rural town to watch it. I was expecting it to be crap so I took a Ritalin in case it would be boring. I also had to sneak out and take my uncle's truck without permission. When I got there and actually saw the thing, I can't even describe the euphoric high it left me with. I was driving home with the window down and wind in my face thinking, "all this trouble was worth it."

@ThunderX19 Yeah iv'e got the graphic novel of KICK-ASS and i was really suprised at how much blood was in it. I have just found out that it's probably old but there were 4 scenes taken out of the movie and 3 of them were Big Daddy and Hit-Girl scenes :(

This is the greatest film in history. I don't know how it turnes from being one of the funniest films ever into one of the most emotional films ever. The 2 major points that make this movie are 1) Absolutley fantastic acting. 2) Mindblowingly phenomenal music. Matthew Vauhgn and he rest of the crew you are the creators of dreams WELL DONE :)

I totally agree. This is one of the best films I have ever seen. I love how it looks to be in the form of a comedy, but is so much more than that. It has its funny moments, so much emotional moments, and so much action. I loved every minute of watching this movie and I still watch it so much. The music is completely amazing too!

Chloe Moretz as Mindy/Hit-Girl was a genious move from Matthew Vaughn, you have to admit that the scene where Big Daddy does die is emotional not only because of the fact that BD dies but because of how emotional Chloe's acting was.The second film is supposed to have Mindy as a 14/15 year old training KICK-ASS and Chloe really wants to do it, you have to admit Chloe was fab.

Dude, it's down to personal taste. I think this single piece of score is superior to everything from the movies you mentioned. Especially the famous songs like Indiana Jones and Star Wars, I think they're okay, I just acknowledge the fact that they're so well known. No way in hell would I ever sit down to actually listen to them because they're not at that level of awesomeness for me. Flying Home is where it's at...for me.
