  • I love your videos mate. You give average folk insight on how to change their perspectives. I know your messages have shown me ways to be more peaceful both physically and mentally. Keep up the positive work! I'll disseminate your channel on Facebook and other sites if you wish.

  • thank you! you are always right on target as far as where I am at. I am actually practicing this notion currently.

  • I got into mindfulness meditation a lot last summer and it helped me a lot. I learned to except my thoughts, not judge them, and find inner peace/happiness. Daily meditation helped me practice stepping out of my thought processes and simply observing them. After awhile I found myself able to do it whenever I experience negative emotions.

"The Joy of Living" is a great book on this, and really jump started me on my spiritual path. Its written by a high ranking Buddhist monk.

  • but I don't know how to examine them carefully, I'm in a state where I demand valid ways to think or to evaluate with but don't know how to apply them

  • Nice, It hasn't been long since I started to watch Jacque fresco and other people on youtube. I have to say it really is confusing for me. For a start, I knew how my values that I live by are really environmentally born and there are no specifics for it (that's what I learned, I'm sure I will learn more in the future) but since then I've been very confused about a lot of things (my values, my personality, etc.) It's like you get to know that the methods you think with are not valid or stupid

  • "Acceptance, denial and conviction prevent understanding. Let your mind move together with another's in understanding with sensitivity. Then, there is a possibility of real communication. To understand one another, there must be a state of choiceless awareness, where there is no sense of comparison or condemnation, no waiting for a further development of discussion in order to agree or disagree. Above all, don't start from a conclusion."-Bruce Lee

  • @silversobe love it. :)
