I'm wondering if on kreationx they're using the kind of fur you used on the video because it's just exactly as in the film. every mass produced ones I saw around are using a long fur with white and black hairs in it. that's not like the original frank's costumes. do you know if the kreationx's one is like yours or not?

A lot of you are probably thinking that this doesnt look very similar to the original Donnie Darko mask.. You can fix that by adding a little black sharpie to the eyes to make them look "mad". I experimented of course in paint with an image of the mask and it made it look 150% better. If you want to go all out, you can also add a little yellow and brownish overlay color to the teeth, or even a little fake blood to make it even errier. Thumbs up if this helped you..

I bought a Frank costume from you about 2 years ago and it's great. I got second place out about 50 people and those were pretty good costumes! I did have to pay 35 dollars to get the zipper replaced though. I would recommend upgrading the quality on it. But other than that it's well worth the money.

@backboard180 Hello, the mass produced costume from PMG does have floppier ears, when wearing it, make sure the strap attached to the mask is around your head, you can also use some Polly Fill, Cotton, Stuffing, something to stuff the top of the head area, Happy Halloween!

I bought this costume, and I have absolutely no complaints.

You see through small slits underneath Frank's white eyes.

Inside the mask are elastics you wrap around your hear so the ears don't flop and the mask doesn't fall forward.

I love this costume and people were always asking me for pictures last Halloween.

Wearing it again this year!

my bro was Frank for halloween!

my mom made the mask out of paper mache and a Jason mask (hockey mask)

she used plastic foam to create a basic shape and then added the paper to give it detail. she used clear plastic spoons and sanded down the sharp edges to use for the eyes she misted with paint. she took really really long fake nails and used them for his teeth. she spray painted the whole thing and it looked almost exactly like the real mask!!!!

The mask was only silver at the end of the movie, when everyone was waking up and remembering (what happened) The silver mask used in that scene was a gift from the director to cast members, somehow it ended up in that scene. For the rest of the movie, the mask was grey.
