I have the shorter version on my iPod. An absolute must for me when I've been running and I feel like I can't go on. I just pop this on and my energy comes back again! The ultimate running track. So glad I'm not alone on this.

This shit always gets me pumped...makes you not want to give up on ANY set you are doing in a workout. i impressed myself a couple of times doing 100 leg lifts on the pull up bars to this damn track here being psyched out. I was sore as hell afterwards but the X-men results on the abbs was worth it!! Vince is a bad ass composer^^

This past weekend was my Birthday party at a club called wetbar in Toronto. I woke up that morning to hit the gym for an early workout b4 the bash. This was the song blasting on full volume on my ipod. And let me say this song b4 a party that your hosting pumps you the fuck up!
