Not being able to double jump but still having 125 hp was the original weapon con, they patched it because valve thought the double jump was the scouts signiture move and didnt want to remove it

sandman is shit. It used to be good when it actually stunned. Now medium range stuns, don't work. The characters can still chase you.

I used to use baseball a lot when cattying intel. It was handy to stun a demo or pyro who was running at me down a hallway.

Hallways were the best place to use this weapon.

Use the metal bat and it does more damage and you have higher health.

yes that is the song, and it is hard to do the taunt kill because normally the effect of the bat wears off before you have time to finish the taunt

you need to get a certain amount of achevments im pretty sure it is 16 but it might be a little more

Valve changed the weapon's unlocking system....

Now it's random and happens while you're playing the game. Achievements hv nothing to do with unlocking weapons. You don't even have to play the appropriate class to unlock the appropriate weapon.

eg. play as sniper and you can "find" an ubersaw while ur playing

Incorrect, you have to get the milestone achievments to unlock new weapons, though weapons you already have can be unlocked again by being any class.

u can use the forc-a-nature with sandman by hooting at the groung while jumping, so its like double jumping

I have the sandman just got it today :) Basically you get 1 ball and once you shoot it (by pressing fire) you can either retrieve your ball or somebody else's, or you can wait for about 30 seconds for a "ball recharge" thing to give you another ball. If you taunt, it hits the enemy really really far similar to the OMGWTFBBQ, but it takes longer. Really fun to play around with, but hard to use.

well, it'll be hard to hit an uber enemy with this, cause you practically have to get in their line of fire, and you cant double jump to mess around with their aim. they'll probably also have a huge possy of teammates beind them, so in my opinion, hitting Uber's will not be an easy task (Unless your uber'ed yourself, which is unlikely as medics rarely uber scouts)

valve is just introducing the weapons to show u whats coming. they r gonna tell us the new weapons b4 the actual update comes out so they include everything into the update...instead of updating just the bat, then the pistol, then the scatter gun in 3 diff updates...
