Balochistan, province of Pakistan, during the bombing in Dera Bugti by former Military Dictator Pervez Musharaff. The huge number of people were displaced from Balochistan to other provinces. There they are facing hardship and they are not getting their basic Human Rights. The government does not even do a little for them. The displaced wish to go to the places from where they have been forced to flee but Pakistani military does not let them settle back there. We need the UN to look at this issue
In Balochistan (pakistan's largest province) over 150,000 people were displaced in 2005 during musharaf's dictatorship, who are now leading a miserable life in Sindh and Punjab provinces. Please do something about them. 5 years have passed and now they want to return home.
In ongoing Pakistani military operations which has started from 2005-2006 has forced 450,000 Baloch civilians to flee from their ancestral home towns of Dera Bugti and Marri areas of Balochistan. Now they are displaced in Sindh & parts of Punjab without any shelter and are even deprived of clean drinking water, medical, education or any social welfare funds to feed their families.450,000 lives are at high risk, including children, women & elderly.Pls ACT NOW on this most alaraming humantarian issue.
Thousands of families from Balochistan were internally displaced when Parvez Musharaf bombared their houses back in 2006 ! Still in 2011 they are not able to go back home in Dera Bugti and Kohlo !
four years have passed since the civilian government took over Pakistan , but still there was no attempts to help those families go back home ! Pakistani army is still controlling the area !
