when you got the results of the i in 72 did they get that number by your age or by the quad test???? and did they tast your blood for abnormalitys????
things have def calmed down....after I went to therapy for awhile (well, most of the pregnancy). A healthy baby is a huge responsibility.....I couldn't imagine one with special needs!
I have been told that boys are always late. I wouldn't mind waiting until 41.5 weeks.
Was that stressful? How did you handle all the comments about being induced? Good luck with your amnio decision. We all have to do what is right for us and our baby's...no matter what other people think about it.

@melzr well...babies not born yet. I'm glad I had the amnio.. if I wouldn't have had it I would have been worried the entire pregnancy and I already had enough emotional upheaval going on. The risk of an amnio is low if you get someone to do it who has experience and does lots every month. The risk of the amnio is higher if the doctor doing it doesn't have much experience. It was a bit more painful than I thought it would be. It just felt so wrong when the needle went through my uterus.

i know, that's my huge problem with it, it all seems soooo wrong, but i really don't want a baby with health problems either...
i went to 41 and a half weeks with my son.
