  • I can't adequately put into words what their music and their personalities do for me. I have never fallen so hard. I hope they put on a show in September when my son is over in Europe from Australia so we can share an amazing experience through their live performance. Talk about a Kodak moment!

  • I love these guys and they are too much live

  • @berrygirl1964 Thanks! The Komedia gig was amazing, second favourite only to the legendary ICA gig in March 2009. It seems hard to believe now that only this time last year I was seeing Mumford and Sons in a 350 capacity club venue, with no barrier or security guys between audience and band! I was right in front of Ted's foldback monitor - and got his setlist after the show. Tonight they play the first of 2 sold-out shows at the 5000 capacity Hammersmith Apollo in London! Good work lads!

  • Respect from a Canadian Fan. These men are amazing.

  • Wow.....Mumford and sons...This kind of music hits you in places you forgot exist....thanks guys (-:

  • Love!

  • i just love the raw intensity of this song and how good is ben on the drums shit, winston i love the way u hump that banjolin

  • by far ther best song i reckon

  • jesus man i wish they'd come back to australia and i wish that they would also record this song , To Darkness , Lover of the Light

  • @milmil52 If you want To Darkness get the iTunes Live 2009 version, it's pretty good quality, and try the Zane Lowe show version of Lover of the Light.

  • @MrStephenBradley The Zane Lowe show version of Lover of the Light literally changed my life. For the better.

  • @actressinny haha good to hear :D

If you haven't seen them already as well, search Mumford & Sons The Wedding Band. It's 4 songs they released on a limited edition vinyl at recent gigs. I managed to get hold of it when I saw them and they're awesome songs, they've already been put on youtube. They've got a slightly different sound to Mumford's normal stuff but I don't think they'll get released in future because it's under the pseudonym The Wedding Band. But they're really cool songs.

  • @MrStephenBradley and @actressinny You might like to know that the remaining copies of the Wedding Band EP are available to buy from the official Mumford & Sons website store. As you say Stephen, they are quite different from the familiar M&S songs, but really quite wonderful. My favourite is Susie - which features a lovely soulful vocal from Marcus.

  • @SeeGigFilmGigPost That's cool to know, already got mine though :D I think my favourite is Thumper, which was first heard as a song just by Marcus from before the band was together, very different to the old version though.

  • Did you think about coming to Egypt? Wow it would be marvelous!

  • i love mumford and sons!

  • Please :)

  • COME TO PERTH!!!

  • When i saw them yesterday they came back on for the encore and brought out a banjolin and a xylophone and i was real sad cause i didn't think they'd play this, then they did and i was the only one singing, then ted shook my hand. cause i was the only one goin mental through it.

  • Haha! Good work. Glad Ted appreciated your efforts!

I'm guessing the song before Whispers was the Banjolin Song then - one of my favourites from the 'old days'. Don't ever let the Banjolin Song make you sad my friend! ;)

  • No they brought them out but didnt play the banjolin song, i got sad cause i thought they wouldnt play whispers in the dark. I made ted laugh aswell.

    It was amazing.

  • awesome..just awesome..saw them in Sydney just the other day..massive in Oz as well...may they take over the world..

  • Love it!!

  • This band are honestly the most exciting UK band ....ever? I fuckin' love them!

  • SG All views to my version have now dried up thanks to you!!

  • cannot believe that your video is better than mine!!!
