  • I love this band!;)

  • SWEET my ear's feel good

  • Classic

  • Ian forever!

  • Ian smoking...all is good. heinken beer and smokes ian made it cool and good.. thanks mates.

  • Awesome totally awesome!

You guys should check out Spiders Where does this leave us now reminds me of these guys so much.

  • There is a time to call it a day. That time is long overdue for what is left of Echo and the Bunnymen. Mac should disappear for awhile, quit smoking, have a makeover and voice rehabilitation and start a career as a TV presenter or something. Will still has cred but he is clearly just putting up with Mac for the paycheck. I used to love this band but watching their slow death over the past 24 years has been painful and I'm not going to do it anymore.

  • @thebigsee you twat the last thing they need is low lives like you giving them crap, if man wants to smoke he can, i think it gives his voice a nice change from the 80's, and if will happy to carry on and adventure new parts of music he should be aloud, not just for the paycheck, he obviously has enough to live to live off untill he dies so its not for that mate.

dont dis something untill youve been there

  • @thebigsee They suck without Pete DeFreitas on drums...too bad he's dead. I agree, they should hang it up.

  • there went my childhood ladies and gentlemen .... this song ...this song ...

  • If you lived the 80's

    be certain that was

    the best decade to

    be alive.

  • WOW this takes you somewhere good!

  • Yeah !

  • fookin awesome

  • They meant everything to me when i was 14.

  • Will believes.

  • Ian resembles Bob Dylan now. weird

  • Love it Love it, only wish I could of seen them live...

  • Vocals: ian Mcculloch , double headed guitar :Will Sergeant, drums:simon finley, guitar:gordon goudie, keyboards:paul fleming.

  • Cool as fook !! But who's that on the double headed guitar it looks like johnathon Ross??

  • POR FIN ECHO AND THE BUNNYMEN EN MEXICO. BRUTAL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OCTUBRE 16 - 2010 FECHA QUE QUEDARA EN LOS RECOVECOS DE MI MENTE.

  • God thanks to hear this song! Lots of memories...... Bro,thanks for posting

  • que temazooooo!!!!!!

  • fuck you u2!!!!!!!

  • Oh, I LOOOOOOVE this song!

  • Mac's too cool stage persona just makes this look like they don't give a shit anymore. And maybe they don't . If you can't put your heart into it then stay at home.

  • awesome...

  • AORCrazy is right. Ian sounds like he's phoning it in. The band sounds great.

  • Well i'll be a bit critical, the vocals are so so, the refrain lacks those high pitched vocals, don't know why people don't pay attention to how everything sounds on stage!

  • loved this from the begining xx

  • oh yeah.Still love it!! xx

  • oh GOD!! love this, prob more than when it came out.......yeah def more than when it came out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • classic ! they´re the best !

  • This is another one that makes the memories of my golden days come flooding back,, saw them do this in a bowling alley in W. Hempstead NY 1981- 82 ,, $5 admission and you got a free game to boot lol

  • I was out drinking with my mates in a pub in Liverpool about 10 years ago, Ian Mc was in the pub with Gary Christian from the band 'The Christians' and some other friends, one of them had an accoustic guitar, Ian wouldnt play any songs, but he did join in when the whole pub sang 'Hey Jude' and 'Mrs Robinson' to name a few! ....Me and my mates spent the rest of the afternoon and evening drinking in hisr company......It was one of them moments in my life that won't forget

  • Echo was like U2 without the political BS. They should have been as big as U2. Bono turned into the Oprah of rock.

  • @UnpunishedMovie does this sound as good as U2 to you? come on.

  • @matissesoccer Yeah, to me it does...more original and much better than U2, so sick of their phony messianic posturing.

  • @UnpunishedMovie why do you think they are phony in their humanitarian efforts?

  • @UnpunishedMovie

Bollocks you speak, U2 can sell out stadiums in every country on this planet.

Where's their New Years Day, Sunday Bloody Sunday, Streets, With or Without, One, The Fly. U2 have had continued chart success with new material for 25 years, what other band has. Wake the fuck up!!!

Bunnymen are a good band, but please don't compare them to a great band with hits, tours, fans and sales figures to back up 'opinion'.

  • would love to see the Ocean Rain tour.....

  • No one like them. So underrated.

  • Used to think these guys were the best of the best. Went and saw Paul McCartney at the Hollywood Bowl last night and I saw what a real performance is for the first time. Will Sergeant is awesome, but Ian McCulloch is beyond boring, even insulting, actually. People pay good money to have him come out, croak through a set and pay more attention to his beverages and cigarettes than the audience. I expect more from entertainers these days.

  • Toute ma jeunesse!

  • such an awesome band with the most distinctive sound.... love them!

  • jimmy brown......still made of stone....

  • HERMOSO.

  • whyitsfunny said it exactly as I've been thinking. Best thing to come out of Liverpool since our music changing forever.

  • It is so great to see the Bunnymen, and the Psych Furs back on stage, and just as electrifying as ever! It's like waking up a part of me that I thought had died, or at least gone into a coma. Shame on me: Hooray for them.

    Thanks for this!

  • Now if we could only get the Teardrops back together...the Alan Gill lineup!

  • Ditto! I think you nailed the feeling... the spark is still there... just needs igniting more often!

  • @Erklemirkin

Yeah, Brother! I keep igniting the spark again and again, now I know it is still alive!! (See, here i am back for more!)

    -Oggy

  • @whyitsfunny They just played Coachella this year!

  • Wow the bunny men..thanx for this..luv it...the 80s yes were ok but..not all wonderful..same with the70s..but then wow boy Is this old girl getting old..amazing thanx...

  • Coolest screen name next to mine that I have ever seen.

  • The tune comp. is great of course, but the way the lyrics fit together in their songs made them so much better. The choice of words and how they flow is so poetic.

  • ah the 80s a much simpler time

  • younger - most definitely not simpler

  • no smoking

  • beautiful song!

    let's sing:

    first I'm gonna make it

    then I'm gonna break it

    till it falls apart ....

  • I agree

  • jake

    bye

  • Love it. I feel 17 again!

  • God, this is still gorgeous!

    Thanks for uploading Harry.

  • This band has done so much beautiful and enduring music.Lots of new bands name-drop them but The Bunnymen's music outlasts them all.And...exhale !

  • essa musica e linda e a letra uma maravilha.

  • I really like this song! I thank The Killers for introducing these to me; a band I would never knew existed without Brandon's help. :)

  • Just wondering when Brandon mentioned The Bunnymen?

  • then stfu and go listen some crappy britney or something else.

  • I've been waiting so long.

    Waiting for the crucial three...

  • jimmy brown made of stone

  • Orgasmic!

  • QUE MÚSICA CHATA DA POOOORRAAA !!!

  • great memories, great band!! thanks for trip

  • "Quality i may say"

  • "Good friends are like stars.....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.*

  • jimmy brown made of stone....

    genius,

  • I LOVE THESE GUYS

I could not have survived the 80's without them.

  • neither could I have...they saved my life on more than one occasion. love them forever.

  • Outra música dos caras que eu gostava sem saber que era deles... srsrs... daqui a pouco vou formar um disco inteiro. xD

  • I am 53, and live in Ohio , Amish country, mind you! • i hope you don't mean the killers like the band the killers. i mean come on...

  • Always the greatest!

    Magic bunnymen.

  • God,i remember PRETTY IN PINK with cute molly ringwald in this song..

  • still great, although age got a grip on ian... pretty much the way it hit siouxsie : no more hight tones, but both of them are legends forever

  • Age gets a grip on us all I know it has on me, but at least Ian and Siouxsie have all thier amazing achievements out there for all to see. Not many of us can say that now can we. Saw the Bunnymen a year or so ago in Glasgow and yes Ians voice has changed but he can still stand on a stage and be worshiped like the god he is. I've prayed at his alter since I was 12 and I would still give my right hand for an hour with him alone. P.S., I'm left handed.

  • FANTASTICO!!!

  • They don't have any harmonies !

    I never noticed that before....

    Just Mac singing......

  • What do you mean?

  • no back vocals

  • is that really ian mcculloch? gone where the cool hair do.

  • echo and the bunnymen son mi banda de los ochenta, tuve la suerte de verlos en sEvilla el año pasado en mayo del 2007, Ian sigue teniendo la misma voz, volved pronto!"!"

    come to spain soon!!!!

  • This band is one of the bands that I am proud to say that I listened to in high school. This music serenades many of my high school memories.

  • Ian McCulloch is just another of those real stars with the charisma, originality

and quality that most new artists lack.

  • how can he smoke when he plays a guitar

  • i can hardly breath whenever i hear them...the best band on the planet for 30 years!!!!!

  • thats my favorite good to my ears

  • howcome ian doesent play guitar anymore

  • This is a great song,

First I'm gonna make it, then I'm gonna break it 'till it falls apart :)
