The set up a hatchery and release the fish into the wild. On the other hand this method is eliminating the need to fish the oceans. The wild population hasn't been reduced to suit the needs of humans.

Of Course those are retail figures. Not the wholesale prices they sell for on the websites. Also it is about a 6 year investment before the fish are big enough for meat or eggs.
