  • You know. I can throw evil scum into the pit. When i become president, i'll bring back the executions of the old days.

  • 0:04 is that Dan Forden's head in the pit?

  • @leghunter75 yep. you can see Ed Boon in there, too.

  • nessa ponte o melhor é do liu kang q zone o cara mto alto , dando + efeito na hora da queda

  • HOW DO U DO IT!

  • @TheSuperman401 What the fuck? Seriouly? You just uppercut...

  • @ModernWarFare987 No, I didnt ment that. I ment why didnt mksecrets showed us how to do the fatality

  • We have just witnessed the birth of Noob Saibot.

  • sub zero is better

  • Scorpien wins!

  • its the SEGA GENISIS Ed Boon loved the SEGA GENISIS

  • @blueicedragon33 this isn't sega genesis. this has got to be the arcade or something... sega's graphics aren't as crisp. i lived on nothing but MK for the genesis, and mountain dew until i sought therapy for being a too young to be a basement dweller.

  • What version is this!? in superness is not like that!

  • Nostalgia just got a flawless victory on me!

  • If you do Liu Kangs Fatality on "The Pit", His fatality and the Stage Fatality are combined

  • damn..Sub-zero always gets the fatality...

  • @greendayrocksmuch that or johnny cage always getting owned

  • the definition of 'mesmerized' shoudl be this fatality for everyone that was 10 year old when this was at the arcades

  • yeah all the blood and hell action come from arcade machines

  • is that Dracula attached to the wall spikes on the pillar haha?

  • @gjd4u2nv no, i heard the evreyone in the pit are the producers of the MK series

  • Is it the only Stage Fatality on MK1?

  • @Naru5000 yep

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • This was so impressive back in the day, specially combined with Liu Kang's fatality.

  • LOL the genesis version was watered down big time. this is the first time i saw MK1 on anything other than genesis

  • what game system is this?

  • @mastertech451 Arcade

  • this must be my favorite stage

  • Classic!!

  • Better if combined with Liu Kang's fatality. :D

  • @TheSonicGod so true.

  • Man the pit was always my favorite stage, none of my friends could beat me on that stage and it was so cool to see the decapitated heads of the creators on the spikes.

  • Toasty!!!

  • what's "FATALITY" voice???

  • man i used to be so obsessed with the pit

  • me too man, i still am really tho.. i LOVED the pit!!!

  • I mean, this is when video games hadn't reached the point of being entirely commercialized and polished. The fucking creators put their own heads on spikes in this level! Imaine if this were made today, some teams of Koreans would be creating an ultra sleek, polished background with state of the art computers. There is something to be said for making a game for the sake of fun. You can tell the creators had fun making this.

  • Thats not a "fatality" but it should be.

  • Best

  • classic mk moment

  • classic , just love it...also GO scorpion!!! classic place though

  • the 1st and best stage fatalitie ever! the ol' spikes fatalitie...good times...

  • those faces are faces from the cast of mortal kombat

  • close. it's the crew (which include John Tobias [MK Co-Creator] and Dan "Toasty" Forden [MK Sound and Music Composer])

  • fatality.........flawless victory.

  • COOOOL

  • exelent!!!

  • yes!

  • hahahahhaha i used to have nightmares about that pit!

  • liu Kang: Hey Johnny, Sub-Zero is going get knock off the pit.

Johnny Cage: Cool! Let's go watch!

  • @DAYD111 hahahaha! XD Is that a reference to Yu Gi Oh Abridged?

  • @Kobobble

Haha, yeah with the kid who was gonna get kicked off the island.

  • on that one u can just upercut them and they go flying into the pit

  • Could be the pc version too. Thats how it was also heh.

  • This is not even in the console versions. When I first played Trilogy, I was confused as to why there was so much carnage in the Bottom of the Pit and knew it wasn't in the SNES or Genesis versions, but still...

  • it had to be subzero huh

  • you'd do the same if you were told to finish off your murderer lol

  • The pit stage in Mortal Kombat Deception is the same like MK1, but in 3D.

  • Hey! You dissin' it? I think it's cool.

  • OK, now I have no clue what you're saying.

  • huh?

  • Best Pit Ever

  • Shoa Kahn sounds weird in that one

  • You mean shang tsung.

  • oh yea my mistake Shoa Kahn starts in 2 and dies when Deadly Alliance starts

  • everyone dies, but then comes back to like somehow in mortal kombat

  • Or they are reincarnated somehow.

    Eg: Jarek.

  • The only thing I like on the SNES version is when you do this, the guy (or Sonya) will shoot up to the sky, then come crashing back down into the spikes.

  • I used to switch my playstation off as a kid if the Pit fatality Was ever used with me around.

It was all the dead corpses and heads lying around the place freaked me out.

The First Time I played Trilogy I was happy as larry I never even knew this was in it.

  • oh yeah. now i see. it is a guy. now, i forgot who's the one with the full body stabbed in the stomach, the one wearing the white and black clothes. I just want to know who theses guys are. I know some of them.

  • I wonder why they censored this in the snes version. That was kinda wack.

  • Blame Nintendo of America president Howard Lincoln. Nintendo thought they were a family-friendly company back then, and santizing it was also competition with the Genesis version, since Nintendo and Sega were in competition at the time.

  • Well, they had to censor stuff on all their systems until that ESRB system was introduced. You can't change teh pasts -- sorry, THE PAST.

  • Ok, let's see. The front head I'm guessing that's Dan "toasty" Forden, the guy hanging in the black is Ed Boon, I don't know which is John Tobias and I don't know who's lady's head is that, she was never in the mkt version and so is the head at the left. (the tan one)

  • The girl is actually a guy, "Dave Micicich", he has long hair. And the yellow ninja on the far left could be a Lin Kuei warrior.

  • the guy in black is definitely Ed because of his thick eyebrows

  • I wonder who the girl's head is supposed to be, her head isn't in the MK Trilogy version...

  • i know. i played mortal kombat trilogy as well and I never seen that lady's head in my life in mkt. but good question though.

  • That's right. Remember the Reptile code? Double Flawless Victory + Fatality. If you used the "Pit Fatality", no Reptile, my friend.

  • And it wasn't considered a Fatality in MK1 cuz all you have to do is a regular uppercut; in the other MKs, you have to perform a special Fatality technique like w/ the other Fatalities.

  • Crud..the Pit was so gory in MK 1. I'm guessing all those heads are the faces of the makers of the game or smthin'?

  • They are, on is Ed Boon and one is John Tobias, the two creaotrs of the whole franchise.

  • This is one of my most favorite Stage Fatalities, I also liked the Pit II and the Pit 3 fatalities as well

  • DEFEATED!

  • GREAT SCENE!

  • Awesome The best one so far!

  • I just said that

  • Why doesnt that count as fatality?in mk2 and 3 it did

  • it does count as a fatality as mk2 and 3.

  • AWESOME. ESPIECALLY IN GORE VISION
