Technically they should be equal. Note #1: Vegito didn't tried to reach SS4. Note #2: Vegito's fusion would've lasted forever, if not for Super Buu. Note #3: Gogeta's fusion time was even decreased because of the high amount of energy he used against Omega Shenron.

So, Vegito seems to be a better combination.
