im pretty sure it isnt sapience. SENTIENCE (there is an i between T - E) is the word describing intelligent life forms. we are homo SAPIENS. sapien is just a part of our species's name. not blamin or pointing fingers, just saying you've got your words mixed up. pretty close though :)
well from what i saw on the race profile they were non sapient so the xx decided to try and give them sapience but they made a mistake. but it was still impressive.

If you're referring to my Soviet Union remark about the KOR, I doubt that communism was ever the main issue that caused enmity between the USA and USSR, but that's a debate for another place.

Not quite. Compared to America, the society of KOROS is way more socialist. They're closer to a less extreme version of the Soviet Union if you're looking at their domestic politics.
Their core ideal is freedom - before they became the KOROS Republic, most of the world was ruled by various monarchies and dictatorships at war with each other. VEX ended all that and founded the KOROS Republic. They are also trapped by their genetic problems, so personal freedom is very important to KOROS.

I love the Luros-B galaxy! Its really good and its got a really good history! I tried to do that with my creations but i sort of got lazy after my first couple of missions so my plot is a little behind :P

Yeah, Hajitzhao is a Shodus. He's also a renegade who broke away from the Charne (Shodus homeworld) society and is basically an outlaw who runs around doing whatever he wants.
He's now part of Team Auriga with RAX, Ahshusa Am'Asaami and Crank Gasket. Why he follows them isn't known, but it's speculated he owes RAX somehow. =P

I made the flags in Fireworks, just with a few coloured rectangles and what not. The pictures are from ingame screenshots - in test drive mode, use the black background and take a picture. You'll get a screenshot with a transparent background for you to use.
And if this universe is truly infinite, then that means there is an infinite chance of sentient life being elsewhere in it.
Ah, I see. Simpler than I thought. (Well, not Simple, but you get what I mean.) Still, no matter how "Simple" it was to get the pictures, flags, etc. You still made it look like it was Will Wright himself who made it. (Ok, maybe he's the game developer and not the designer, but he IS a genious.)

Think about it. Many planets make up a solar system. Many stars make up a constellation. Many constellations make up a galaxy. Many galaxies make up a universe. Many universi make up... well, who knows how many orders of magnitude there are? All the way down to cells and atoms.
yes, yes. Now, the universe isn't infinite, but it is expanding. You are right, though, the chances of intelligent life in the universe are extremely high.

Actually I find myself rather annoyed with myself. I was going through my races seeing which to pick out for a profile vid a while back and noticed a lot of them are humanoid.
KOR were originally humanoid, I just added two sets of legs. Aeraphi, Xi, Fixoc, Shodus and Sharsararak are all two-arms two-legs things. Protomiael and Micanex are fairly humanoid-ish as well.
The annoying thing is I try to avoid making humanoids. -_-"
i probably have it worse than you, luminar. if i look in my creations, it's amazingly hard to find anything with less or more than four legs. almost all of my creatures are quadrupeds, and some bipeds; but then again, look at us. we're both still amazing creators, even so. it depends on originality on a familiar structure, it seems to me. just make different legs, they still love it =P
Ya, it's hard to not make humanoids, as the 4 legs 2 hands creations usually end up all looking alike a lot. so the only option left would be avoiding hands, but hand-less creatures usually aren't that much fun, at least, in my opinion.
I love the choice of music in all of your videos. I also admire how much thought you put into the culture and history of your creations. Keep up the good work. My Sporepedia username is Zucchiniblue, by the way.

Ahaha, Same here. right now I just want my creatures to be as simple and orginal-unoriginal as possible (3 legs, multiple arms, more eyes, etc.) =P
Note: I'm not saying you aren't original Luminar, I was saying the opposite actually.

Actually I find myself rather annoyed with myself. I was going through my races seeing which to pick out for a profile vid a while back and noticed a lot of them are humanoid.
KOR were originally humanoid, I just added two sets of legs. Aeraphi, Xi, Fixoc, Shodus and Sharsararak are all two-arms two-legs things. Protomiael and Micanex are fairly humanoid-ish as well.
The annoying thing is I try to avoid making humanoids. -_-"

i probably have it worse than you, luminar. if i look in my creations, it's amazingly hard to find anything with less or more than four legs. almost all of my creatures are quadrupeds, and some bipeds; but then again, look at us. we're both still amazing creators, even so. it depends on originality on a familiar structure, it seems to me. just make different legs, they still love it =P

Ya, it's hard to not make humanoids, as the 4 legs 2 hands creations usually end up all looking alike a lot. so the only option left would be avoiding hands, but hand-less creatures usually aren't that much fun, at least, in my opinion.
