1:23 is way up in Liberty and not even in Mahoning County which is not Youngstown. But, point taken. This video could be 30 mins long. You missed everything between South Ave and Market Street.
The westside wasn't that bad 4 years ago but now the older people are passing & there kids sell off the houses to drug dealers & gangs just because they don't care anymore we need to hold on to the nice sides as long as we can I live on Division Street & now we have droven off 1 sex ofender, 3 drug houses & 2 bad familys & that has been in 5 years Fight for youngstown that is what I am doing
Blight in Youngstown Ohio has reached epic proportions... and so has the crime! All areas of Y-town are high crime areas... Southside, Eastside, Northside & now the Westside.
