So the Hebrews were led to what seemed to be a huge mistake strategically, but then, in the entire red sea, there just happened to be a perfect ridge to walk across with the perfect seabed to walk on, millennia before anyone could have known that. Wheels aside, this in a small part corroborates the crossing, as fantastic as some may see it. And no, just because it's proven (if) doesn't remove the need for faith, it should only solidify your faith that God can act.
Quote from The JEWISH POST About the Exodus,-- We basically have one account-the Torah's. When it comes to the historical analysis of the Exodus, we have only one account, and asserting the historical validity of an event that took place 3500 years ago on the basis of a single account does not put you on very solid historical footing.
The Exodus is not about history; it is about faith. If we could "prove" it, we would not need to have faith in it..-- End of quote
On Passover last Sunday, Rabbi David Wolpe raised that provocative question before 2,200 faithful at Sinai Temple in Westwood. He minced no words. "The truth is that virtually every modern archeologist who has investigated the story of the Exodus, with very few exceptions, agrees that the way the Bible describes the Exodus is not the way it happened, if it happened at all," Wolpe told his congregants
Sorry to say, the evidence presented itself in the Red Sea is pretty obvious. If this is Nat Geo discussion...it is very very very shaky....especially the table coral part....they are miiillllesss apart.
If Bible believers trust science in this, they should trust egyptologists coz theyve been studying it all thru the sam method as ur dive into the Read Sea.
Two independant teams with higher qualifications than Ron wyatt, and have made other great discoveries not biblically related, but these did tests and the tests confirmed metal. Others have investigated, and this man has no right to exclaim all who do not follow his opinion as under qualfied.
@williamscarlet They have no wheels. All they have is one photograph from 1970 supposedly showing a wheel at the bottom of the Red Sea. It`s pure bulls.../
@williamscarlet The fantastic number of people involved plus the 40 years in the desert should be proof enough that the story has an underlying fictional meaning. I would think after one year lost in the desert, someone would be wise enough to pick one direction and follow it until they were out. This isn't rocket science
@williamscarlet Of course they enjoyed wandering the desert for 40 years. But over those 40 years 400.000 shoud have died, sinde the lifespan average was no more than 45. Not a songle grave was ever found. WHY ? Exodus is bulls...
ROFL...bicycle wheels do not have 4, 6, and 8 spokes...as shown in all the footage and images of the wheels. Bicycle wheels have have more spokes than that. Also, Nuweiba Beach's real name is "Nuwayba' al Muzayyinah" whichmeans "Waters of Moses Opening". Please note that these "bicycle wheels" have been found nowhere else in the Gulf of Aqaba ACCEPT across Nuweiba beach. Coincidence? I think not.
You need to take this up with Dr. Lennart Moller. He understands coral formations, and he has well documented how these are not natural coral growths. They are scattered wreckage at the bottom of the sea across Nuweiba Beach.
wow! Hey Vortex, who are you? Do you know my friend Andrew Jones? We talk about discoveries all the time. I've debated Ron's discoveries heavily online at EVCForum [dot] net. I also communicate with Jonathan Gray ever so often.

I did a google image search for table coral. Many examples were found, none of which look anything like those found in the Gulf of Aqaba.

1. Table coral is native to Indo-Pacific waters, not the Red Sea
2. Table coral is not symetrically round like a wheel and has a "lilly pad" appearance.
3. Table corals tend to grow in layers and not on right angles to vertical shafts.
4. You are not seeing the wheels because you dont want to see the wheels, so how are you differant than those you are accusing?

I just got back from the Red Sea. I showed a diver what appears to be a round coral, and he said, that's manmade. It's too symmetrical.
