I have not heard anything about them living in England but do know that when they discribed their life with the last name Chin living in Kingston very well. I have only heard of them being from Kingston Jamaica. I know allot of the Chinese Jamaicans moved to England and Canada but think about it why would their parents carry them back at a young age.
