  • Thank you.

  • Wow, this is unbelievable. I've had this tension for months now, and felt immediate relief after doing this.

  • Does this support Cervical Spurs?

  • @P28R42K Not totally sure what you're asking. Will this remove bone spurs? No. Will this likely give neck relief to someone with bone spurs in their neck? Yes.

  • This has been immensely useful to me. I suffer from chronic neck tension and have been doing these at least 3X a day. Combined with some other thinks, my neck tension has come way down. Thanks!

  • Do you keep the lower jaw closed with the upper during the stretches, or do you allow the lower jaw to go slack and open?

  • @Unavailable8923 Your jaw should remain closed, that will help keep the muscles tight enough to stretch. By keeping the jaw open, you're forced to tilt your head even further back - which is what we're trying to avoid by pulling down on the skin first.

  • @houstonchiropractor Makes sense. Thanks for the prompt response.

  • Excellent stretch. I instantly feel less tension in my neck, yay

  • Thank you Dr Cordova. I've had some problems with a stiff jaw. I can really feel this stretch lighten the strain on my jaw. Will let you know after a few weeks if I feel any results!
