@captainkayleeinc yeah he was as Cassidy "Beaver" Cassablancas who we thought was a nice guy until the end of season 2 when we found out he killed a bus full of kids and raped Veronica then killed himself by jumping off a building
still one of the best scenes of the series. still my favorite series of all time. if you haven't watched it then you're doing yourself a disservice.

but basically you would buy a disposable cell with minutes and then call someone with it. by doing this the number cant be tracked back to you.
