Good Luck everyone , I just started his diet and smart weight loss pills today and I beleive it will help . It already gave me a energy boast. I will keep updating , and see how things go . It is soooo hard to lose weight as I am 48 year old female with asthma . But i am really going to try . also exercise and cardo and weights daily at least 5 days a week . seems like a great program .
I recently lost 30 lbs, and now have started to gain again. I don't want to do back, I need to lose about another 40 lbs! I seem to have lost my morivation, and I don't know why! I tell myself every single day that I'm going to exercise, and then I make some excuse not to. HELP!!!!!
Bob (or MySmarterChoice): I am a quadraplegic [from football accident/injury at the C-5&6 level] and unable to walk or exercise. I'm needing to lose weight (up till 3 yr.'s ago I was 175/180 lb.'s), as of now I'm at 228 lb.'s (6'0'') and healthy, meaning no bad medical conditions other than being paralysed from mid-chest down. Would you please offer suggestions, thoughts or point me in the right direction for me to lose weight properly. I do not want to keep gaining more and more.
Someone just pointed out to me this is actually to sell supplements, which I didn't hear him mention in this particular clip. Let me tell you, if you are following this diet recommendation, you DON'T NEED ANY SUPPLEMENTS! I did exactly this (minus supplements, just a healthy diet) and lost 40 lbs. I love Bob!
Why am I hearing about this "weight loss formula"? I thought you believed in losing weight the old fashioned way- with hard work and eating healthy.

You do NOT need pills to lose weight. What happens when you stop taking them? Cuz you can't take them your entire life. Diet and Exercise. Simple.
