It's actually easy to make Niko use this "toys" in GTA IV and even don't replacing all default "toys", same with TBoGT, only parachute is more difficult to make. Although to add TBoGT explosive shells in IV you need to edit one of explosions or better add one another.

It's not hard, but painstakingly.

I dont agree with this reviewer, but its a matter of opinion really. I think Johnny and his biker gang fits GTA's style so much better then Niko. While Niko might be a more fleshed out character, he doesnt fit in GTA as well as Johnny does imo. Niko is a more like-able character imo, but in GTA, I dont want to feel sorry for a immigrant who tries to find peace, but runs into more trouble. I wanna wreak havoc with a biker who doesnt have that much trouble with that: Johnny is just like that.

The serial killer isn't the guy you break out. It's some guy named freddy, you meet him in gta 4. He shows up as the friend icon in northern Alderney and when you find him you drive him to the docks where he dumps a bag. A few days later the news reports a bag with a body in it found at the docks. That along with Freddy being really fucked up allows you to assume he is the killer.

I thought Johnny was a likeable character for a GTA game, better then Niko. It feels easier to shoot cars randomly as him then Niko (because of Niko's personalty).

The effect also adds to the DLC, making Liberty City look different and themed despite actually being the same. It adds to Johnny's point of view of the city.

I also thought Johnny was memorable because of how he played a very important role in two missions.
