dota is much more balanced than LoL. Each hero in a sense (other than bane) can be considered as OP in certain situations and in certain team comps, there are tiers used to judge heroes, but each hero shines in a specific light. -by the way, i wouldnt go arcane boots on pudge, just get ur bottle then go treads, hood, agh, then prolly a heart

LoL isn't even a game that's fit for competetive gaming, SO many of the top LoL players have said that, just google it.

Not to mention the game lacked a spectator feature for, ages. Just recently did it get one. Dota2>HoN>LoL in esport.

To put it simply: LoL is casual/noob-friendly, while HoN/DotA is designed for the more competitive players. There is so much more to the mechanics of the game in HoN/DotA that makes it harder (and better if you're good) than LoL.
