  • will this give me those massive caps?

  • I tell myself that I will do 10 reps then do 30 reps then write down that I did 4 to confuse my muscles nomsayian.

  • "don't let the dumbbell drop below your chin" , the rep after rep the weight goes lower and lower beneath his chin, lol, epic fail! On the other hand, very good workout man! You got the right idea with the whole muscle confusion! Keep it up! Check out my workout video on my channel. It's the Spartacus workout and is amazing! Rate it, and comment! Thumbs up from me bro!

  • ok so..uhm can you marry me, your workouts are so good, they make me excited haha., but im all seriousness, i make my boyfriend do these workouts, and he wants to marry you too

  • Thanks man, im gonna confuuuse my muscles! :P

  • that it very work i feel my abs very tight

  • I don't know if I would call it muscle confusion as much as different exersizes require you to use different fibers of muscles and tear them.

  • @WSSJ25 Muscle confusion is when you do different exercises each week that target the same muscles...

  • Make this competitive with Konkura.com

  • this dude looks kinda like John Cena... only ALOT sexier

    :):)

  • Your muscles don't get confused. Seriously, that is one of the stupidest myths out there right now. It's also one of the more popular ones, unfortunately :/

  • hahahahahahahahahhaahahhahaahahahahahahahahha what a retard

  • @mlbnfl455 jelaous??? plz don't hate..

  • Has anyone told you look like John Cena? lol As in appearance?

  • arrrrgh!

  • sick!

  • When i first seen dis guy i thought he was john cena

  • i agree with you man!

  • At the end of your video, you said that this exercise will produce "shoulder growth." If you use 12-15 repetitions, won't you gain a larger amount of muscular endurance than strength/hypertrophy? I have always learned that if you want to increase muscle size for strength, you have to increase the amount of time spent on the eccentric (negative) phase and keep the repetitions down to 6 or less. Would that be a better modification to this exercise for those who want to build muscle mass?

  • 6-12 reps is the basis of a building program.

Anything around these amounts of reps is good for mass building,

You can sometimes do 6 reps max, sometimes 12 reps max.

It makes sure for one thing, that the muscles is not getting used to the kind of motion, your body remembers.

Anyways, one of the most important things. Is to let the muscles grow before training them again, overtraining is a not interested. Allways give your body what it needs of nutrition, let it grow, get big.

  • hi darin. I'm 15 and i really want to start your 12 week program. can i, even though i'm 15.

    thanks

  • working out doesn't stunt your growth, but it's better to start around when you're 17 because your muscles will be better developed, it's up to you

  • im definitely going to try this one

  • i just tried it at the gym with 40's for 10-12 reps for 3sets and omg that exercise is a killer for real guys give this exercise a try , its a great variation of the arnold press

  • I am so glad you liked it ianhudon.

Keep coming back for the exercise of the week. I will make them excellent. Do me a favor and send my u-tube channel to your friends and tell them to sign up for it.

    darin

  • so how long dose it takes to get fully build if you workout about 4 - 7 days a week?

  • totally depends on countless factors.

  • yeah and you're making a fool of yourself on the internet.. if you're not interested in bodybuilding please do youself a favour and don't watch this.
