Actually, technically I think season 2 was BB's and season 5 wasn't anybodys in particular. It was a group effort on everyone's part. Season 5 was supposed to be Starfire's and was probably going to finish up her storyline with Blackfire but the writers decided to do something different for that season. Since the show was canceled after that, Starfire never did get a season.

Actually in the season five dvd set in the special features portion of the dvd it, the writing staff say that season five is BB's season. It's actually pretty obvious seeing how a majority of the 'sodes revolve around him the most. The titans do have there own episodes like Ravin, then it was the episode which was clearly the origin.
