ahm.. your taking a jog 50 mins a day? how your legs?do you muscles on it? I TAKE 2hrs and a half in my morning jog..and im scared or kinda concern of my muscle that's gonna show on my legs..
The results of your workout routine showed pretty fast on your body.. it takes me a while to get my body shaped... well done.. LOVE IT :).. just started working out my abs ^^
i love the fact that you did not post your weight. because we know that muscle weighs more than fat... and its silly to check your weight to see if you've made progress. :) week 4 showed a difference, in my opinion!
why did this comment get thumbs down? This is a perfectly reasonable comment. She should have them checked to make sure they are malignant. They look potentially dangerous. I've had relatives die from skin cancer and it's a serious matter.
