While it is annoying to have a bunch of screaming covering up the audio of a video, you have to understand that the crowd was just there to have a good time. The last thing on their mind was, "oh, I should be quiet or I might ruin a recording of this." If you've ever been to a concert, I am certain you cheered at least once, it's just what you do at shows when you're a huge fan of the performers. I think their enthusiasm was kind of a good thing, it cheered the puppeteers on.
