wow very close! first suv shouldnt have went because it gives the person behind them to think they can go though they no matter what have to yeild to the left turners! also clearly dumb as the lady dont stop at stop sign and for some reason dont see you which usually means there is something distracting her like a phone! she is very lucky you didnt damage her lexus! true about horn situation, I tend to use horn alot, I have died down on the horn. it takes time away in a close call as I learned!
I don't think you would even need to point out a cell phone for insurance purposes. 1) she clearly does not stop at the stop sign. 2) Since she has a stop sign, she must yield to the car making the left turn, which in turn is yielding to you.

Btw, HD pocket cameras generally have wide-angle lenses in them. At least mine does, which I use for a makeshift (duct-taped to passenger seat) dashcam.
cell phone use shows another violation of the law, plus shows how easy it is is to cause a crash. it salso would be harder for them or their lawyer to claim stuck gas pedal, or manufacturers defect. i put it in the class with drunk driving, your going to crash.
